Intro Following the first disbandment of Dead Can Dance, the art-rock duo he had formed with Lisa Gerrard back in 1981, British musician Brendan Perry struck out on his own in 1999 with ‘Eye Of The Hunter’. An exquisite mix of folk rock and dream pop, it’s accompanied by an incredible one-off live solo performance that Perry gave at London’s I.C.A. venue during 4AD’s 13 Year Itch residency in 1993 - an experience that inspired Perry to begin work on this solo LP.
